Distilled at 525m above seal level with premium malts and matured in ex bourbon barrels and finished in Australian Apera casks.

Full flavoured with vanilla, salted caramel and candied fruit with a rich and buttery mouth feel finishing long and memorable with hints of both American and French Oak.

Semi-sweet and citrus forward, complex layers of spice with notes of the tropical fruit including passionfruit, banana, and vanilla. Perfect for a dry Dirty Martini or over ice.

Dry vermouth made with a blend of local red and white wine, deep and complex flavour with muscats, coffee, chocolate, and tobacco notes. Completes a magical Negroni.
