Piano Rock Rosso Vermouth

Tamborine Mountain is a melting pot of artisanal creativity in the food and beverage space, and we’ve engaged in a number of collaborative ventures with fellow producers over the years.

This project, jointly supported by award winning winemaker Jon Heslop of Witches Falls Winery, was to create some unique Australian interpretations of the classic wine-based aperitif, Vermouth.

Piano Rock is an iconic Tamborine Mountain landmark highlighting both the wonders of natural geology and the unique personality of our region.

PIANO ROCK BIANCO VERMOUTH

Semi-sweet and citrus forward, complex layers of spice with notes of the tropical fruit including passionfruit, banana, and vanilla. Perfect for a dry Dirty Martini or over ice.

PIANO ROCK ROSSO VERMOUTH

Dry vermouth made with a blend of local red and white wine, deep and complex flavour with muscats, coffee, chocolate, and tobacco notes. Completes a magical Negroni.

PIANO ROCK ROSATO VERMOUTH

Semi-sweet vermouth with flavours of stone fruits such as plum and nectarine, combined with well-balanced herbs and spices. Makes a delicious Manhattan Rosato
