PIANO ROCK BIANCO VERMOUTH

Semi-sweet and citrus forward, complex layers of spice with notes of the tropical fruit including passionfruit, banana, and vanilla. Perfect for a dry Dirty Martini or over ice.

PIANO ROCK ROSSO VERMOUTH

Dry vermouth made with a blend of local red and white wine, deep and complex flavour with muscats, coffee, chocolate, and tobacco notes. Completes a magical Negroni.

PIANO ROCK ROSATO VERMOUTH

Semi-sweet vermouth with flavours of stone fruits such as plum and nectarine, combined with well-balanced herbs and spices. Makes a delicious Manhattan Rosato
