Our curated cocktail Negroni is a bold, balanced blend of our very own Australian Dry Gin and award-winning Piano Rock Rosso Vermouth, delicately combined with a local amaro.
Rich, bitter notes intertwine with the smooth, aromatic gin and subtle sweetness of vermouth. The result is a complex, herbal cocktail with hints of orange zest, a slightly dry finish, and an alluring depth of flavour.
Serve three measures over ice and garnish with a fresh orange wheel and appreciate the balance and simplicity of our expression of this enduring cocktail.
